4. Employer Terms
Employers who post jobs or subscribe to our services agree to our pricing terms, placement fee structure, and 90-day replacement guarantee as outlined during the signup process.
5. Limitation of Liability
Defense Talent Exchange is not responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of information provided by third parties. We do not guarantee job placement.
